The third meeting of the steering group in Germany took place in the beautiful Thuringian Forest. The members of the steering group looked back on an exciting project year with lively discussions, short video portraits of newbies and first results from the new entrant case study collection.
The University of Applied Sciences South Westphalia reports from the “new entrant case study collection”. All in all 90 questionnaires have been filled out (10 for each country) and the project partners are now evaluating the given answers. First results are divided in the categories “differentiation”, “diversification” and “participation”. The first results are presented briefly to the steering group.
Furthermore the steering group chooses the first Newbie Award Winner and discusses the proposed itinerary of the upcoming International Exchange.
There are already three videos of newbies from Germany online. One video will show the farm of the newbie – and host of the meeting – @HeuHeinrich. He cultivates more than 100 hectares of grassland organically and sells the hay as animal feed and cosmetics.
