Pepe Aromas, a family farm located in Herdade da Azinheira and Sobral, in Évora-Portugal, is engaged in the production and marketing of Opuntia Ficus Indica and its by-products.
The Portuguese National Rural Network (RRN) talked with the owners Susana Mendes and José Ferrão about the biological and sustainable project they are developing and their participation in the NEWBIE Project as “New Agricultural Entrepreneur”.
