Key factors, toolkits and guidelines for successful implementation

Work Package 4: Key factors, toolkits and guidelines for successful implementation. This WP will develop a practical set of ‘toolkits’ for supporting new entrants. Toolkits will include the legal, financial, educational and social features needed to successfully implement new entrant business and entry models in different regions. Recommendations and guidelines will be targeted towards specific stakeholder groups: policy makers, accountants, farming organisations, agricultural advisors, agricultural educators and new entrants themselves. ‘Practice abstracts’ required for the European Innovation Partnerships and pedagogical resources for advisors and educators on new entrants on how to support new entrants will be produced from this WP. This WP will also provide the different national networks with overarching themes to discuss based on analysis of the discussions in the different national discussion circles, steering committees and inventories in WP2, so ensuring transnational exchange and validation of the results and toolkits.
