Overall management

Work Package 1: Overall management combines both the overall coordination of the NEWBIE project and its project management consisting of the financial and organisational aspects. Specifically, this involves: the organisation of transnational meetings, guiding the development of the communication and dissemination plan, coordination of the Management Support Team and the monitoring and evaluation of the operational progress of the project. The work package is designed to support and facilitate the different partners in fulfilling their respective tasks in the project in such a way that the proposed output in the project is delivered accurately, on time and within the proposed budgets.
