Digital Agricultural Forum 2021

Today, the annual Agricultural Forum of the University of Applied Sciences Südwestfalen took place, this time in digital form. In addition to the latest news, e.g. the introduction of new degree courses at the Department of Agricultural Economics, Bernd Pölling presented new business models in agriculture. In doing so, he explained the further development of the expression “grow or give way”, which has taken on a formative character in agriculture over the past decades.
